Senra, in order to offer a wide range of products, has developed in the last recent years its own laboratory where our chemical engineers produce custom made pastes and fluxes.

Description
High performance solder paste (No Clean), formulated for lead-free surface mount assemblies that require excellent, defect-free soldering of even the most difficult-to-solder board components and finishes (OSP, ENIG, Ag, Sn and HASL). Available in Type 3, 4 and 5. Sn Ecopaste provides long life both in the tub and on the board.

Description
A VOC free, no clean spray flux with superior wetting, no solder balling and wide operating window. Excellent soldering results with all lead free alloys including SAC alloys and SN100C.

Description
Moderately low solids content (3%) alcohol base. For lead free soldering with both selective and wave soldering operations, particularly with low or no silver alloys. Considered as a no clean technology when
the end use demands a J-STD 004 type ORL0 flux.
